The first (999)
Number one comes from the zip code where you live. In general, if you live in a rural area, then you’ll have a larger number than someone who lives closer to major cities.
Number 2 (990)
The second digit, number two, comes from the state where you live. If you live in California, then you probably have the second highest number after Hawaii.
The third (981),
The third digit number three will tell you what county you live in. If you are from the San Francisco Bay Area, then you probably have the third largest number after New York City and Washington, D.C.
Number 4 (979).
The fourth digit number four tells you how many times the United States Census Bureau counted you.
Number 5 (978)
The fifth digit, number five, gives you an idea about where you were born. You may know this already, but if not, just look at a map to find out!
The number 6 (977).
The sixth digit, number six, lets you know where you went to school.
The number 7 (976).
I’m going to try it again.
If you could give yourself any advice about being successful in school, what would it be?
Well, first I’d say if you’re having trouble making friends, then maybe go out clubbing once a week (if you have time). That’s what I did to find my best friend. It really helped me get out of my shell.
What is something you do every day that makes you happy?
For me, it’s just hanging around with my family and friends.
Do you have a favorite type of music?
Rap, hip-hop especially.
What was the last thing you bought?
My headphones!

Are you comfortable talking to people who don’t know you?
Yes. In fact, I’ve been doing it since I was a kid…
Do you think you’ll ever get married?
It’s not something I really care about or plan on happening.

The Navient number was created by the USDA to help consumers identify foods sold at grocery stores. The amount of sodium in each serving is divided into four categories: low (less than 140 mg), reduced (140-300 mg), moderately high (301-420 mg), and high (greater than 420 mg).Foods are then given a rating of A, B, C, or D—A being the best grade. All food products should have the word “Navigent” on the front of the package.
Beans and Legumes
Beans, peas, chickpeas, lentils, peanuts, and other legumes with high sodium content.
Cheese
Cheese is commonly known for its sodium content. However, cheese is a good source of protein and calcium. Be sure to read the label before buying any cheese!
Products of Bread and Pastry
Bread, rolls, croissants, bagels, pizza crust, pastries, etc. breads and pastries are often higher in sodium due to their processed nature, but they are still considered moderate sodium foods.
Deli Meats
Sodium is added to deli meats to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. These meats are often low in protein and fat, making them high in calories. Sodium levels are generally only listed on packages of processed meat products like bologna and hot dogs.
Dairy Products
Milk, yogurt, cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, ice cream, etc. Dairy products tend to be high in sodium since they are often made using milk as a base. If choosing to buy dairy items, look for labels with less salt and lower numbers.
Eggs
Eggs have long been considered a great food choice for a balanced diet. Unfortunately, eggs are also a major contributor to our daily sodium intake. Make sure you check the labels and choose reduced or no sodium versions of eggs whenever possible.
