Logging into your account
Enter your user name, password or email address that you use to log in to your Citizen’s Bank Student Account (SBA). You may need to verify your identity using your school ID card. If you have forgotten your password, call us at 864-929-0202. Remember: Our customer service representatives won’t ask you for your Social Security number. If we need information about your billing account, we’ll only ask for your account number.
Making payments
After you’re logged in, you can pay all or some of your current balance and future charges. To make a payment, click Pay Now. You can choose either a check, debit card, credit card or ATM card. If you select a check, you’ll have 2 weeks after our scheduled due date to mail it to us. After 30 days, your bill is considered past due and subject to collection fees and penalties. If you decide not to make any payments, we’ll continue charging interest on the amount owed until you do.
